Brooke Borkenhagen

Brooke Borkenhagen serves as a Post-Conviction Attorney at OCFW. Prior to joining the OCFW, Brooke worked as a felony trial lawyer at the Second District Public Defender’s Office in Saint Paul, Minnesota. While in Saint Paul, Brooke represented clients accused of serious felony charges, including murder and attempted murder. She also served as an Assistant Public Defender at the Eighth District Public Defender’s Office in a rural part of Western Minnesota where she represented clients charged in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile matters. Before going to law school, Brooke worked on Capitol Hill and on political campaigns in Iowa, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and Virginia.
