Gabrielle Green

Background

Gabrielle Green is a post-conviction attorney with OCFW. Prior to joining at OCFW, Gabrielle represented clients facing the death penalty throughout Texas and in federal courts. In her home state of Illinois, Gabrielle worked as an appellate attorney where she argued cases in front of the First and Third District Courts of Illinois, as well as the Illinois Supreme Court. Gabrielle also worked as a public defender in Maryland and Florida. In her transition from non-capital to capital work, Gabrielle worked for the Criminal Code Reform Commission in Washington, D.C., which was tasked with developing recommendations for a revised criminal code for the District of Columbia.
