Background
Katherine Manning joined the OCFW as a paralegal in 2025, having previously interned for the office. Katherine graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science and Chemistry. Prior to joining the OCFW, she worked in the medical field as a laboratory scientist, where she assisted physicians in diagnostic medicine.
