Kelsey Peregoy

Kelsey Peregoy is a Post-Conviction Attorney and the Training Director at OCFW. Kelsey Peregoy has represented indigent clients in trial, appellate, and postconviction proceedings for more than 10 years. Kelsey has represented people who are death-sentenced in state and federal court for the majority of her career. Kelsey joined the OCFW in 2020. Prior to joining the OCFW, Kelsey represented death-sentenced individuals in Florida in federal postconviction proceedings and under-warrant litigation. Prior to her work in Florida, Kelsey represented individuals charged or convicted of crimes of all levels of seriousness in trial, appellate, and postconviction proceedings in Virginia.
