Kelsey Peregoy

Kelsey Peregoy is a Supervising Attorney at the OCFW. Kelsey joined the OCFW in 2020, and previously served as the OCFW's Training Director. Kelsey has been working on behalf of people sentenced to death for more than a decade, and has represented death-sentenced people in both state and federal court. Prior to joining the OCFW, Kelsey worked in the Capital Habeas Unit of the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Florida. Kelsey attended law school and began her legal career in Virginia, where she worked on misdemeanor, felony, and capital cases.
