Kiara Witter

Originally from Boston, Kiara Witter attended Howard University and received a BA in African American Studies with a minor in Political Science. Her interest in law and passion for equitable criminal justice brought her to the Office of Forensic and Capital Writs. In her current role as a Mitigation Specialist, Kiara visits clients to learn about their lives and their stories, meets with her clients’ friends and relatives, and generally supports the team’s litigation needs.
