Michelle Miciotto

Background

Prior to joining OCFW as a post-conviction attorney, Michell Miciotto was in private practice. Her experience includes extensive trial experience, both criminal and civil, and she has practiced law in New York, London, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and her across her home state of Texas. Michelle graduated magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she worked at the Innocence Project and was a research assistant to Professor Barry Scheck.
