Patrick Hayes

Originally from Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Patrick worked as an Assistant Investigator at the Federal Defender Program in Chicago before joining the OCFW as a Mitigation Specialist. He was previously an Investigative Intern at the Travis County Public Defender’s Office in Austin and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid’s Public Defender Division in Rio Grande City. Patrick received a BA in History from Yale University, where he worked at the Yale Prison Education Initiative. He is fluent in Spanish.
