Seantyel Hardy

Seantyel is a Post-Conviction Attorney at OCFW. Prior to joining OCFW, Seantyel completed federal clerkships in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and worked for a top multi-national firm doing complex civil litigation and pro bono capital appeals. She is a graduate of The University of Florida, where she competed in national mock trial competitions, and Cornell Law School, where she participated in Capital Punishment Clinic, edited Cornell Law’s Journal of Law and Public Policy, and served on the Moot Court Board.
