Prior to joining the Office of Capital Writs, Ms. Right worked for several State Agencies. With over fourteen years of experience in state government, Ms. Right has gained extensive knowledge in various functions of financial operations, including revenue, reconciliation, GL accounting, reporting, and budgeting. Additionally, she has experience developing and maintaining business processes, interpreting accounting policies and regulations, leading various projects, and training others. Joy has enjoyed living in Austin since moving here in 2001.
