Emily Sufrin

Emily serves as a Post-Conviction Attorney at OCFW. Prior to joining OCFW, Emily was a Staff Attorney in the Trial Division at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia (“PDS”). While at PDS, Emily represented children and adults charged with serious felonies. Emily graduated from Vassar College with a degree in Art History and received her JD from the University of Texas as Austin School of Law. In law school, Emily participated in the Criminal Defense and Capital Punishment Clinics and worked as a law clerk at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia and the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office.
