Rachel Manning is the mitigation investigation supervisor at OCFW. Prior to joining OCFW in 2019, she worked with defense teams on complex cases in Travis County, Texas. She attended graduate school in at the Silberman School of Social Work and did her undergraduate studies at Bard College. In graduate school her internships were focused on working with individuals who were impacted by interpersonal and systemic violence find their voices and advocate for change, whether through planning self-defense courses for unhoused youth or organizing for educational access for formerly incarcerated people.
