Under Ben's leadership, OCFW has represented over 50 clients in dozens of Texas counties and expanded to represent persons serving non-capital sentence tainted by junk science.

Sarah is a supervising attorney at OCFW. Prior to joining OCFW in 2017, Sarah worked for State Counsel for Offenders, a Texas statewide public defender office that represents incarcerated persons in Texas.

Maro is a supervising attorney at OCFW. Before joining OCFW, Maro represented adults and juveniles charged with felony offenses, as a staff attorney in the trial division of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.

Rachel is the mitigation investigation supervisor at OCFW.  Prior to joining OCFW in 2019,  she worked with defense teams on complex cases in Travis County, Texas. 

Bonnie is a Supervising Mitigation Specialist. Prior to joining the Office of Capital and Forensic Writs, Bonnie was the lead investigator at Mayer Consulting, a criminal defense investigation firm in Travis County.
